The health and safety of our residents is our top priority! At Houndstongue we require that your dog is up to date on its vaccinations and free of contagious medical conditions. Vet records are required to be uploaded to your CurlyPet Profile or a copy must be delivered to our facility.

Please fill out and sign all the required paperwork before, or at, your dog's first visit. The documents can be signed and submitted electronically through CurlyPet. You can find them in your profile after you make an account! If you wish to turn in physical copies you can download them here or pick up blank copies at our facility.
